Pontiac Ventura 1960 Description
This is my 1960 Pontiac, Its a Ventura but someone spent a ton of money on it and changed the look to that of a Boneville. Boneville badges, Interior, has the large 8 lug wheels and brakes. Has a 389 with Hydromatic. Its a two barrel but I have a brand new 3x2 barrel Offenhauser inlet new in the box that goes with the car, The car has been in Stephen Tebo (local Boulder car collector) collection for some 10+ years and always garaged. he has a team of mechanics also start and run the cars every two months. The car is what I would call a 10ft car, its a good looker but the paint is tired and could do with a few touch ups. Its a House of Kolor flip/flop white - in the trunk is a spare tin of the white and interior blue flake. The car needs the hood hinges replaced - she comes with a NEW set of refurbished ones !! - just need fitting. The rear windo has been etched with a Mels Diner picture, I have a brand NEW boxed rear screen that goes with the car as well, so if you wanted to swap that out. She drives on custom lowered springs all round, but also comes with a NEW set of stock height springs should someone want to take her back to stock. get yourself a cool cruiser!Just added a few more photos. She just developed an exhaust leak from the right side, I have a set of new exhaust gaskets that will go with her as well. Lowered reserve as well :-) She's NOT perfect but she isn't expensive either! - Perfect car to drive and tinker with to get her in top shape. Runs and drives well
Only selling as my HVAC crapped out at home!
