1981 Trans Am converted to 1977 Trans Am

Pontiac Trans Am 1977 Description

1981 Pontiac Trans Am that we started restoring and have found our self with to many projects finish, e were in the process of changing the car over to 1977 front and rear end, he car started out as a 1981 Trans Am 301 turbo car, he engine and trans were gone when I got it, t still has the rear disc brake rear end in it. The rear portion of the cars body work is mostly complete. We sprayed the rear body portion with black base coat clear, oor jams were sprayed final coat. I have both front fenders Shaker hoodShaker scoop and rear bumper for 1977, haven't yet purchased the front bumper. Floor pans and trunk are rust free. I have had the body on a rotisserie sand blasted the bottom and recoated it. The front sub framewas removed totally dissembled sandblasted and totally rebuilt with new bushings and ball joints. The sub frame was reinstalled with new bushings. I have not reinstalled the heater or evaporator yet but it is ready. The car has a new firewall pad and heater core. I have the dash that came out of the car but it is cracked up. I have new T-top rubber,headliner board, oor rubber, ackage tray and rear interior panels. I have more new parts for aTrans Am if interested. I also have the seats that go with the car but need recovering. If interested or need more information feel free to ask.
