1960 Studebaker Lark Convertible. Last tagged in 1969. Originally the car appears to be white with black interior. It then was repainted two tone yellow and green. The motor and transmission are missing but originally it came with a 259ci V8 4V. It does have the Twin Traction rear end and a power top. The entire floor on this car is gone including the rockers so restoration would probably be too costly. However, Classic Enterprises and other online dealers have alot of the panels needed for the floor if you really want to restore it but you will need a donor frame.
The convertible top frame is there. It will need some minor repair/replacement on one of the cross braces. The seats are there but the springs look pretty rough. All of the trim is there (with extra trim and another grille from another car it appears), the side skirts, two convertible top rams, etc. The dash, gauges, and steering column are there. There is also what appears to be a leather convertible top boot that could be used as a pattern to make a new one.
The doors are rotted at the bottom. The hood and trunk lid might can be used after patching up some holes.
The fenders look really good. Just one silver dollar size hole at the bottom of the passenger side fender.
The hood looks good.
The glass looks good except for the windshield.
The bumpers look good and just need the dings hammered out and rechromed.
The frame does have holes under the rear seat and will have to be replaced.
I have included a pic of a restored 1960 Lark Convertible to show what this car looked like originally.
Let me know if you have any questions.
