Willys 1933 Description
1933 Willys Pro Street Coupe Up for sale is this beautiful replica of a 1933 Willys coupe. This Willys was produced by a company that was based out of Illinois. I'm not sure of the name of the company or if they're still in business. The entire body is made of fiberglass and the chassis appears to be mostly tube. In the front there is a linked solid axle with coilover springs. manual rack and pinion steering and drum brakes from an early Econoline van. Out back there is a linked Ford 9" with coilovers. drum brakes and massive 31 x 18. 50R15 Hoosier tires. There are also anti-roll bars both front and rear. The engine is a big block 383 Mopar v8 backed by a 727 Torqueflite 3-speed automatic transmission. It has an aluminum Edelbrock Performer intake and a brand new Holley carburetor that has not been tuned yet. This makes it a little difficult to start. but it idles great once it's running. I'm not sure what heads or cam it has. The long tube fenderwell headers are wrapped and exit out of the side of car in front of the rear wheels through SuperTrapp mufflers. 60+ High Resolution Pictures - Visit This Link: https://plus. google. com/photos/100463476984437017968/albums/6138536256107750593?authkey=CPeBztPW05GlKA Video of This Willys Running - Visit This Link: http://youtu. be/E02a6E4KPXM I know this color to be Coral Blue. It looks fantastic outside and when it's parked. it is under a cover. The aluminum wheels are in great shape. but could use a little polish. The bug catcher intake is a little askew in the pictures. but it does center up. The interior has carpet along with tweed upholstery. The doors have manual crank windows and billet door handles. Inside. it has a bench seat with lap seat belts. a removable Grant GT steering wheel. Hurst floor shifter and a floor mounted handbrake. You'll also notice the multi-point rollcage with foam padding. The rear wheel wells have been tubbed to make room for the Hoosier tires. leaving space in the trunk for a battery. a plastic fuel cell and maybe a overnight bag or two. I hold a clean title that states that this car is a 1933 WIL Kit Car. If you have any questions. please feel free to contact me. Calling or texting me at (937) 381-9328 is the best way to get in touch. I am not interested in any trades. I am asking $30. 00 and will consider reasonable offers.
