Willys Willys Jeep 1952 Description
Video Attention Bidders: EBAY considers Auction Sniper and others to be a non secure website and has been rejecting bids placed through sniper sites. If you bid. be sure to place the bid yourself. Up for bid is a 1952 Willys Jeep. This is a once in a lifetime chance to get an original numbers matching Korean War Jeep that has not been altered and survived after the Korean War. This was a General’s Jeep and all through his time as General this Jeep was in his use throughout the war. When he was mustered out of the service after he had retired from the military this Jeep went home with him and remained in the same family till several years ago when the man who I knew purchased it for his collection. using it very little. Last year I bought all of his collection and this was among them. This Jeep also comes with an original trailer as well and goes with this Jeep here on Ebay to the next owner. Everything is basically in good working order and this Jeep runs and drives perfect and needs nothing. This Willys is a complete numbers matching example that is almost impossible to find because most of them were used up and motors and many mechanical parts were changed during rough use. This is not the case as you can see from the condition here. The data plates. engine etc. all match. This Jeep is also fully decked out including the original radio and front speaker. There has been a new correct top and all the items here that came with this car from the beginning. Even the gun mount on the front is there with what looks to be a Carbine Rifle wood stock in place. All the shovels are present including the gas can etc. You will never find a more correct original example that you can basically say was an original owner Willys from the Korean War with the same family for over 50 years. A true and rare example. Best of luck to all.
