Willys 1962 Description
Note: I can't guarantee the mileage on the vehicle. I purchased the motor from a guy who told me it had been rebuilt and that it had less than 1000 miles on the rebuild. I pulled the valve covers and oil pan andeverything looked good and really clean. It also had new freeze plugs in the block. The motor runs clean, sounds good and runs good. This is a 1962 customized Willy's Jeep Pickup body on a 1983 GMC pickup frame. The body is straight and solid with no rust. Body is in two tone primer. Needs a little surfacing putty to cover a few very minorflaws(scratches). Vehicle runs and drives great. Currently registered in the State of Utah in my name. Clear title in hand. Pick it up and drive it home or have it shipped.
Almost everything on the vehicle has been replaced or rebuilt. The following are some of the items replaced or rebuilt: brakes (new rotors, pads, calipers, wheel cylinders, etc.), brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder, new 31 gal gas tank with new sending unit, gas lines, gas filter and fuel pump, new shocks, new u-joints, new steering column, steering wheel, linkeage, power steering box and pump, new fly wheel, clutch plate, clutch and throw out bearing, rebuilt 4 speed transmission with granny gear, 205 transfer case inspected and new seals put in and converted to twin stick, new battery, new gauge, new harness wire, new interior, new glass, new weather seals, new heater/defroster unit, new wiper motor and wipers, trailer hitch, new radiator and radiator fan, new hoses, thermostat and sensing units, new distributor, distributor wires and plugs, new high torque starter motor, new alternator, rebuilt carburetor, new oil pump and the list goes on and on,
