Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1957 Description

Beautiful Resto-Mod 1957 2 Door Wagon that runs and drives incredible, eing offered at NO Reserve!! If you've been looking for a straight, olid Classic that handles and performs like a modern car, s dependable, ast, ets great mileage and is just a pleasure to own- this might be the car you're looking for.A great driver, ever fails to turn heads and is fun to take to the local shows and cruise-nights, as won a few trophies and ribbons as well. Mileage was re-set at the completion of the restoration (late 90's) and it shows about 34,100 at the moment, t has always been garage kept and is a CA/AZ car, olid and straight. 90's Corvette LT-1 EFI Engine, 00-R 4 speed transmission, rans Am rear end w/air shocks, old Air Conditioning,Power Steering, ower Seats (front seats are out of a Cadillac andrear seatupholstered to match- VERY comfy), ruise Control, ilt steering, ront Disc Brakes, pdated suspension, ront/rear sway bar kits, 0" "Jesse James 38 Special" Rims (also have a set of more original-looking Corvette Rally wheels with trim rings and caps if you'd prefer that look, nd the car sits higher on those). The under-carriage looks excellent with no signs of rust (I've included a few pictures, ut can email more if you'd like), lder restoration, o the paint and carpet show some signs of wear (see pics). The carpet has some fading, specially in the back where the sun hits it. The paint was an okpaint job 17+ years ago, ut it DOES get driven, t DOES have flaws, hips etc, ut still shines very nicely and is very presentable, ut if you want to show it at higher levels than the local stuff, t could use carpet and deserves a better/new paint job in my opinion, never did it because I enjoy driving it and didn't want to worry about chipping it, tc. The front windshield was recently replaced, ear hatch glass was replaced during restoration, s was the rear side flat-glass, he rest of the glass is original and has a couple of chips in both of the rear corners and peeling along the edges, ut the car comes with NEW 8-peice window-glass set (rear curved glass, ide and vent windows and rear window seals, tc) if you decide to replace them some day. Also, n 1957 the car wasn't required to have seat-belts, o in AZ you don't have to install them. I have brand new sets for front and rear, ut never put them in, fthe laws in your state are such that you want to/need toinstall them, hey're easy and come with what you need to do it. This wagon is just a pleasure to own and drive, ll the comforts and performance of a modern vehicle in an iconic classic that gets constant thumbs-up and makes people smile wherever it goes. If you don't like attention- this is NOT the car for you! My intent was to keep this one for a while, nd use it to tow my little 1957 Airstream Bubble (smallest they made, nly13' long) to shows and caravan runs, ut the Bubble is still another 6 months away from being finished, nd I have too many toys and real estate projects at the moment, o a few things have to go. The wagon has asked that if you live in cold country, lease only bid if you have a nice warm garage- she has never seen any of that "snow" stuff and prefers to keep it that way, idders may send pictures of garage for consideration... seriously though, his one is truly a rare beauty and deserves a great new home. Please take alook at all of the pictures, hey describe it better than I can. This is an AWESOME wagon! ***You have to "Click" on the smaller picture in the upper left-hand corner in order to bringup the pictures in the Full-Size window***. ** Please feel free to contact me any time if you need any additional info, ould like to come and see the car, r just have questions: 520-404-1975 cell. (Heather Anderson).I am located in Southern AZ near Fort Huachuca (about an hour SE of Tucson), ight on highway 90, asy to find and the weather is GREAT this time of year.

***I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer... NOT by choice, ut because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, ou have to get a license. I am a classic car and Airstream nut, also have a ranch, wned a wedding venue, orses, railers, tc... let's just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state's liking, nd due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I'm "allowed", ong story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license.

Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction's end, nd thewagon must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, ash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before thecar leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, hat's just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, ere in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, ou'll see that I don't sell very many vehicles (mostly Airstreams) - but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, nything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".

*** This is a USEDvehicle (59 years old to be exact)and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Thiswagon is ingreat condition, ut please be realistic- READ the description, ook at the pictures, nd if you have questions or concerns PLEASE ask question. If you can't make it here to see it in person, lease call me and I can walk around it and point out any little flaws that I notice, r things that may bother someone that you can't see easily in pictures. I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, ust call and we'll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, ours may be different, have done my best to take many pictures and describe thecar to the best of my ability. Just remember, e all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that's just the way it is.
